today i need to go for a mentoring briefing session at NTU. haa... need to wake up early in the morning at 6... so tiring.. I met Suxin at Marsiling MRT before we proceeded to NTU, ten i realised that i did not wear my mentoring tee and covered shoes. Ohh, i m always so blur de... i was so worried the whole time. I was feeling very worried all the time. When we reached Boon Lay MRT station, i saw all my other mentoring friends got put on the right attire. That made me panic even more. Suxin n I went around Jurong Point to look for an orange t-shirt, but to no avail. No shops will be open at that moment. Suddenly i thought of an idea. I thought of wearing my jacket so that i can hide, but who in the right mind will wear a jacket during a hot day isn't it. Haa.. in the end i got to tell my seniors about my wrong attire. Luckily everything is fine.. phew... We waited for more than half an hour before we took 179 to NTU.. Along the way, i kept chit chatting with my friends non stop. After we alight at NTU, we still got to wait for a while more, to let the proplr in charge get ready... NTU is so big, much much bigger than Ngee Ann. Last time i used to think that I can get lost in Ngee Ann since is so big, now i no longer agree to that thinking anymore... NTU has a very nice canteen that looks like a shopping more.. hahax, my dream uni is so perfect!!! ^^. We walked a long way to the lecture theature... it was so cold inside.. We waited until 10am before the session finally started. Mean while we took a lot of pictures. When the session finally start, i was amazed. I thought it will be a very boring and dry session, but it turned out to be very fun and interesting. Even though the speaker could not see due to an illness, he is very optimistic about life.. He told us a lot of jokes and taught us many skills that we could take up so that we can have a better relationship with our mentees. I enjoyed the session. At 11.30 we had our refreshment... the food was so perfect.. we all ate quite abit.. heeheex.. After that i left NTU together with my friends, leaving behind the second half of the session which my friend told me that it was a bit boring.. I really enjoyed myself today...
